In October of last year, the III International Congress on Civil Codes and Reform Projects in the XXI Century was held, which had as its theme: “Dialogues of Latin American Law and European Law in matters of obligations and contracts”. Héctor Campos, lawyer of Estudio Linares, participated as one of the speakers with the presentation: “The application of nullity, sanction in contracts, scope and limits”.
“Instead of talking about a nullity model or a validity model, we could talk about a non-model. But if we make the effort to try to find a theoretical statute for the determination of nullity, I think we could agree that there are two types of model: structural nullity and sanction nullity”, is part of Héctor Campos’ presentation.
