Application of nullity, sanction in contracts, scope and limits.

In October of last year, the III International Congress on Civil Codes and Reform Projects in the XXI Century was held, which had as its theme: “Dialogues of Latin American Law and European Law in matters of obligations and contracts”. Héctor Campos, lawyer of Estudio Linares, participated as one of the speakers with the presentation: “The application of nullity, sanction in contracts, scope and limits”.
“Instead of talking about a nullity model or a validity model, we could talk about a non-model. But if we make the effort to try to find a theoretical statute for the determination of nullity, I think we could agree that there are two types of model: structural nullity and sanction nullity”, is part of Héctor Campos’ presentation.
